Scanning Teacher Records (TRM scanning)

A follow on project from Strengthening Education Systems in Sierra Leone (SESSL), CGA was commissioned by the Teaching Service Commission (TSC) to scan over 30,000 physical teacher recruitment files into the newly developed cloud-based Teacher Records Management (TRM) system.

A follow on project from Strengthening Education Systems in Sierra Leone (SESSL), CGA was commissioned by the Teaching Service Commission (TSC) to scan over 30,000 physical teacher recruitment files into the newly developed cloud-based Teacher Records Management (TRM) system.

Output

Approximately 30,000 teacher personnel files were digitised, scanning to the previously developed Teacher Records Management (TRM) system - tsctrm.org - creating a comprehensive teacher workforce dataset underpinned by evidence with a high level of assurance. This supports decentralised decision-making by District-level TSC managers.
