Under the USAID Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Program managed by QED, in partnership with Imani Development, we conducted research on strategic economic investment opportunities in northern Uganda. Working closely with the interim Steering Committee of the Northern Uganda Regional Forum, we studied and made recommendations on strategic private sector investment across key sectors (including infrastructure, agriculture, industry, tourism, social sectors, municipal services, etc) as well as key human development priorities, all of which were used to inform strategic planning.
