Third Party Monitoring for 3 SDC co-funded projects

CGA was commissioned to conduct third party monitoring of four SDC-funded projects in South Sudan. The projects focussed on food security and livelihoods, protection of civilians and promotion of human rights, and peace- and nation-building.

Using qualitative and quantitative research methods, CGA reviewed the extent to which projects matched their initial proposals and monitored the level of progress. In addition, we reviewed the extent to which the projects impacted the lives of target communities.
