This National AIDS Secretariat/Global Fund funded-project was a continuation of our work with Sierra Leone’s Ministry of Health and Sanitation (Support to Sierra Leone Ministry of Health and Sanitation on Payroll, HR and Attendance 1). Our team supported capacity building to ensure the continued operation of a monthly pay and attendance management system and provided technical support to Global Fund for payment of allowances for health workers in rural locations.
