Support to Sierra Leone Ministry of Health and Sanitation on Payroll, HR and Attendance 1

CGA was commissioned by UK Options to develop an Attendance Monitoring System for the Sierra Leone Ministry of Health and Sanitation's Human Resources for Health Directorate as part of a DFID-funded project. Its aim was to raise the standard of HR and Payroll information to release DFID and Global Fund support for new higher health staff salaries, and sustain data and reporting quality.
