Short Term Monitoring and Evaluation for DFID Humanitarian and Resilience in South Sudan (HARISS) Programme

Led by IMPACT/REACH, we supported short-term third party monitoring of the DFID-funded Humanitarian and Resilience Programme in South Sudan (HARISS). We undertook remote data monitoring via phone and SMS systems to reach implementing partner programme management staff and beneficiaries across the country. CGA also conducted targeted field visits to interview project staff and beneficiaries, and quantify progress towards indicators of each project through direct verification, collecting photographic evidence.
