Review of Pay and Grading for the Somali Health Sector

For this UNICEF-funded project, CGA worked with Mannion Daniels to deliver improvements to the Somali health sector by defining a package of system improvements and a harmonised pay and grading scale as a target for government remuneration and for adoption by all partners.

Output

Within one year of project completion, most partners either adopted the pay scale or came close to it, and significant progress was made on systems improvements.
