Developing transfer website for Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning
In 2016, CGA was commissioned by the South Sudan Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MoFP) to pilot a tool and website to track the flow of funds from the Ministry at national level to states and counties, and the collection of taxes from counties back to the top. The aim of this exercise was to increase accountability and transparency within the government, and provide South Sudanese citizens with a means of monitoring the flow of their tax money.

The aim of this exercise was to increase accountability and transparency within the government, and provide South Sudanese citizens with a means of monitoring the flow of their tax money. This pilot was discontinued due to conflict in South Sudan, and a change in capacity at MoFP.
