South Sudan State-level Responsive Windows Programmes/ Electronic Financial Management System for the Government of Western Bahr el-Ghazal State
CGA was commissioned to support the strengthening of IT and electronic financial management systems for the state of Western Bahr-el-Ghazal in South Sudan. The project focused on increasing computer literacy skills of staff within the twelve state ministries to improve the quality of financial reporting in the State Ministry of Finance and the development and roll-out of a basic computerised financial management system.
