CGA conducted an end of project evaluation of the DFID-funded project Provision of education to 9000 out-of-school children in South Sudan implemented by BRAC International. We independently verified the project’s achievements, and assessed the extent to which the project provided value for money.

Our team collected quantitative data on school enrolment and primary completion rates, and qualitative data through consultations and semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders. We used OECD-DAC criteria to examine the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact of the project.
