State Ministries of Education Human Resources Information System (HRIS) - pilot
Working closely with the State Ministries of Education, we developed and rolled out a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) across Western Bahr El Ghazal and Western Equatoria States as part of a pilot project. This included collection and digitisation of documents, training and capacity building of State and County staff, and a project evaluation with a view to potential roll-out across the country.
