3D Programme Delivery and Data Management System
CGA Technologies built 3D as a data management and analysis platform for the Corus International family. Within each programme, participant, project and activity data sit in one database, so field officers collect in the app and programme teams manage, analyse and report through the same system.
Activities
3D gives each Corus programme one database for its participant, project and activity data, enabling:
- Connected programme data: a participant has one record, and every activity attaches to it, so data does not have to be reconciled between tools afterwards.
- One system across the Corus family: the same platform for every programme rather than separate tools for each, saving time and resources.
- Analysis without exports: dashboards read live programme data directly, disaggregated by any field you collect, down to the individual level.
- Governed access: permissions control who sees what, with data held in a secure cloud environment.
- Mobile data collection: field officers collect on Android and iOS, including with no connectivity, and submissions sync when back in range.
Outputs
The 3D system consists of:
- Database: a secure cloud-hosted database holding all system data.
- Web application: dashboards reading live programme data, with form building, submission review and user management in the same system.
- Mobile app: an offline/online app for Android and iOS. Forms validate entries as they are completed, and submissions are reviewed and approved before they enter the database.
