Technology for Development Lead
Matt is an experienced and forward-thinking technology leader who joined CGA Technologies in April 2025 as Tech4Dev Lead. In this role, he oversees the technical strategy, design, development, and implementation of CGA’s digital solutions, including Corus3D - see our products.
He brings more than a decade of experience leading digital transformation across East Africa and the Middle East, where he has driven data-informed decision-making, managed cross-functional technical teams, and delivered scalable, user-centred systems for government and development partners. His expertise spans system architecture, product development, and the delivery of practical, sustainable technology solutions in challenging environments.
