Uganda Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Contract

Under the USAID Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Program managed by QED, in partnership with Imani Development, we are conducting research on strategic economic investment opportunities in northern Uganda. Working closely with the interim Steering Committee of the Northern Uganda Regional Forum, we are examining and making recommendations on investment across key sectors (including infrastructure, agriculture, industry, tourism, social sectors, municipal services, etc) which will be used to inform donor and government investment.
